UAE property, handled with care

I'm Victoria. I have been living in Dubai for over four years and following the UAE market for more than ten. I bought my first apartment here as a private investor — and that's when I realised how surprisingly hard it is to find a thoughtful agent in this city.

I kept investing — in Dubai and Abu Dhabi — and learned every stage of a deal from the inside: negotiations with sellers, NOCs, mortgage approvals, DLD transfers. At some point I decided I wanted to do this professionally, for people going through it for the first time.

Today I work as an agent at Mio Real Estate. I represent buyers and sellers on the secondary market, handle ready properties and off-plan resale, and specialise in complex scenarios — including transactions where both sides are mortgaged. The largest deal I have closed representing both parties was AED 7.9 million.

I work in Russian, English and Italian. I hold a Master's from MGIMO in Economics with foreign languages. But what I bring to every transaction first is the experience of having been on your side of the table. I know which questions matter, which not to forget, and what an honest answer should sound like.
